Spring radish salad
- 3-4 bunches of radishes
- 2 hard boiled egg
- 4 chives
- 1bunche of dill
- 4-5 tablespoons sour cream
- salt
Wash and thinly slice the radishes. Finely chop the chives and the dill. Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes. Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
