Cauliflower with Parmesan
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 tablespoons grated parmesan (or other cheese)
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- salt
Wash the cauliflower, divide into flowerets and start to boil in salted water. Drain, place into a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with parmesan. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
