Fried Zucchini
- 4 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3-4 tablespoons oil
- vinegar or lemon juice
- 1clove minced garlic
- salt
Peel the zucchini, cut into thin slices. Dry each slice with a cloth, dredge with flour and fry in oil. When all are fried, arrange on a plate and drizzle lemon juice or a little vinegar mixed with minced garlic and salt over them. Serve hot or cold.
